Common questions

AQLO is not transcribing my phone call. AQLO listens through the microphone to conversations happening in the room (or on speakerphone). Phone and app calls cannot be captured on iOS or Android; this is a system limitation, not a setting.
I get no coaching tips. Coaching starts once AQLO knows which speaker is you: tap the person icon on one of your transcript bubbles, or set up voice recognition in Settings so it recognizes you automatically. The coach stays quiet during small talk and only speaks when it is confident.
The whisper is not playing. For privacy, voice coaching plays only through earphones or a headset (wired, Bluetooth or USB), never through the speaker. Check the headphone toggle on the recording screen.
Recording stopped when the screen locked. Keep AQLO running in the background; on Android, allow the "AQLO is listening to your conversation" notification and disable battery optimization for AQLO if your phone kills background apps.
How do I cancel or change my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play: open Settings > My plan > Manage subscription in AQLO, or your store's subscription settings. Plan changes take effect through the store.
