These Terms of Service govern your use of the AQLO application (the “App”). By using the App, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

AQLO is an AI application that listens to and transcribes conversations, provides real-time coaching suggestions, and turns meetings into a personal memory. Using the App requires an account (with email, Google or Apple), and you must be at least 18 years old.

2. Recording and Consent Responsibility

Before recording conversations, it is your responsibility to inform the other party/parties and comply with local laws. You agree to use the App only in a lawful manner.

3. AI Outputs — Disclaimer

Coaching suggestions, summaries, and reports are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. For a factual question about the outside world asked in the conversation by the other party or by you (including with the spoken “cevap ver” command), for example a current price or who holds a public role, the coach may run a web search and show its source; verify such information before relying on it. These outputs are for informational purposes and do not replace professional (legal, medical, financial, etc.) advice. You are responsible for your decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to violate others' rights, make unlawful recordings, harass, or cause harm.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store's terms. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically for the same length at the end of each period until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules. Add-on packs (extra conversation minutes, memory-chat messages or reports) are one-time purchases that never expire. Each plan includes monthly allowances of conversation minutes, memory-chat messages and reports; on yearly subscriptions, these allowances also renew every month. The numbers and prices are shown in the App. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store first.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content belong to us. The meeting data you create belongs to you; you grant us permission to process it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Governing Language

The English version of this document is authoritative. Translations are for convenience; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
