Delete your AQLO account

This page explains how to permanently delete your AQLO account and the data linked to it. AQLO is published on Google Play and the App Store by AQLO LABS LLC. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (immediate)

1. Open AQLO and tap the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
3. Confirm. If you have an active subscription you will first be reminded to cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

Your account and all data listed below are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)

Send an email to info@aqlo.ai with the subject "Delete my AQLO account". Please write from the email address you use to sign in to AQLO (for Google or Apple sign-in, the address of that Google or Apple account; if you used Apple's Hide My Email, the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings). We may ask one follow-up question to confirm you own the account. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, sign-in identities (email, Google, Apple) and password
• Your profile: name and your AI-generated communication profile
• All conversations: transcripts, reports and report history, coach notes, titles and participants
• Contacts you added, with their AI-generated memory profiles and briefings
• Memory chats (your questions and the answers)
• Custom expert modes and scheduled meetings
• Your plan, usage counters and the purchase records AQLO keeps
• Your customer record at our purchase-processing provider (RevenueCat)
• Your voiceprint, if you set up voice recognition: it exists only on your device and is removed from the device when you delete your account or sign out
• Voice recognition diagnostic summaries, if you turned them on (numbers and speaker labels only, no audio or voiceprint)

What is not deleted by us

• Purchase, invoice and tax records held by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Emails you sent to us: kept in our support mailbox until you ask us to delete them.
• Technical server logs that contain no conversation content; they expire automatically within 30 days.
• Data already processed by our service providers (speech-to-text, AI and voice providers) is deleted under their retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting only some data

You can delete individual conversations, contacts, chats and custom modes, or your voiceprint, at any time inside the app without deleting your account.

Seçenek 1 — Uygulama içinden sil (anında)

1. AQLO'yu aç, alttaki Ayarlar sekmesine dokun.
2. En alta kaydır, "Hesabı Sil"e dokun.
3. Onayla. Aktif aboneliğin varsa önce App Store veya Google Play'den iptal etmen hatırlatılır. Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple bir kez daha onay ister.

Hesabın ve aşağıda listelenen tüm veriler anında silinir.

Seçenek 2 — E-posta ile talep et (uygulama gerekmez)

info@aqlo.ai adresine "AQLO hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Lütfen AQLO'ya giriş yaptığın e-posta adresinden yaz (Google veya Apple ile girişte o hesabın adresi; Apple "E-postamı Gizle" kullandıysan Apple Kimliği ayarlarında görünen aktarma adresi). Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için tek bir soru sorabiliriz. Silmeyi 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve e-postayla bildiririz.

• Hesabın: e-posta adresi, giriş kimlikleri (e-posta, Google, Apple) ve şifre
• Profilin: adın ve yapay zekânın oluşturduğu iletişim profilin
• Tüm görüşmeler: transkriptler, raporlar ve rapor geçmişi, koç notları, başlıklar ve katılımcılar
• Eklediğin kişiler, hafıza profilleri ve brifingleriyle birlikte
• Hafıza sohbetleri (soruların ve cevaplar)
• Özel uzman modların ve planlanmış görüşmelerin
• Paketin, kullanım sayaçların ve AQLO'nun tuttuğu satın alma kayıtları
• Satın alma sağlayıcımızdaki (RevenueCat) müşteri kaydın
• Ses tanımayı kurduysan ses izin: yalnızca cihazında bulunur; hesabını sildiğinde veya çıkış yaptığında cihazdan kaldırılır
• Açtıysan ses tanıma teşhis özetleri (yalnızca sayılar ve konuşmacı etiketleri; ses veya ses izi yok)

Bizim silmediklerimiz

• Apple veya Google'ın tuttuğu satın alma, fatura ve vergi kayıtları. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliği App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarından iptal et.
• Bize gönderdiğin e-postalar: silmemizi isteyene kadar destek posta kutumuzda kalır.
• Görüşme içeriği taşımayan teknik sunucu günlükleri; en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
• Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın (konuşmayı yazıya dökme, yapay zekâ ve ses sağlayıcıları) daha önce işlediği veriler, Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanan saklama kurallarına göre silinir.

Yalnızca bazı verileri silmek

Hesabını silmeden, uygulama içinden tek tek görüşmeleri, kişileri, sohbetleri ve özel modları ya da ses izini istediğin zaman silebilirsin.
